What a great week! Thanks to more than 100 dedicated volunteers, OUMC created fun environments for our children and children from the community where they could experience God's love first hand. With stimulating music, engaging Bible stories, crafts, recreation, and some yummy snacks, a record number of kids had a blast learning about God's love for us.
This year's theme was "Discovering God's Love." Adventurers explored 1 Corinthians 13 to learn that:
- God's love is giving.
- God's love is caring.
- God's love is forgiving.
- God's love is forever.
The key to making this wonderful week possible was the involvement of dozens and dozens of volunteers. Those who pitched in and used their gifts to serve God can be assured that any investment made in the life of a child is an eternal kingdom investment!
